Huggable Heroes are lovingly hand made in Norfolk, England using a Photo of the child’s love one. We edit the photos and then print them into Fabric ready to make into the perfect sized cuddly toy. The Heroes fit perfectly under little arms to carry around and they are small enough for older children to tuck into school bags. 

How much are Huggable Heroes®?

Single sided Huggable Heroes® are £30 each

Double Sided Huggable Heroes® are £37.99 each

Can I personalise a Huggable Heroes® with a name or message?

Yes! Please select the double sided option with personalisation. The cost is £3.50 for up to 20 characters

How much is Postage?

To UK and BFPO addresses it is FREE! 10-14 working days

1st Class 7-10 working days £4.50

Express delivery 5-7 working days £7.50

EU Addresses 10-14 working days £3.50 

Worldwide Addresses 14-16 working days £6.50 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our current turn around time is between 5-14 working days* depending on which postage option you choose.

*This may change depending on order volumes and holidays. Please order in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Can we have our order rushed through?

Yes, we have a postage option for express 5-7 working days, please select this option at checkout. We will move your order to the top of our next batch.

How do I send a photo?

When you place your order you will NOT be asked to upload a photo, instead you will receive an automatic order confirmation email with instructions of how and where to send your photo.

Can I have two different people on a Huggable Hero?

Yes of course you can. Please select a Double Sided option.

We will place one person on each side.

(please note –  we can not add people side by side)

What colours could I choose for the back of the single sided Huggable Hero?

You have the choice of Pink, blue or grey fabric (all with white stars.)

Are Huggable Heroes® suitable/safe for children?

Yes! Each Huggable Hero holds the CE Toy safety mark and is suitable from birth.

Are Huggable Heroes® washable?

Yes, they can be washed at 30 degrees; we recommend drying naturally on a washing line or airing horse.

If I order two single sided Huggable Heroes with the same colour back is there a way to make them slightly different?

Yes, we will automatically add a different coloured CE toy safety label to each.

(We have 4 different colours – pink, blue, grey or white, which we can add for orders of 2 or more with the same colour back – these help make each hero slightly different to avoid arguments between siblings)

*CE information is printed onto double sided heroes therefore coloured labels are not available for this option. 

We often send Huggable Heroes to families once Mummy or Daddy have already left. We send as though they are a gift from mummy or daddy full of cuddles and love. 

Can we have our Huggable Heroes® gift wrapped?

Yes, Each Hero is automatically gift wrapped in Tissue paper making the perfect present.
